If you are looking for an organic certificate, then we don’t have it yet at this moment, but what you should know is our Lontar palm trees (Borassus flabellifer) grow naturally in the wild—there are no plantations of Lontar trees anywhere in the province. As a native species to our land, these trees thrive without human intervention, making our sugar truly natural. Our Lontar palm sugar is crafted using traditional methods in small batches during the harvest season (May-November) , where the pure sap is carefully reduced from liquid to granules without any additives or industrial processing & we proudly refer to it  as Natural Lontar Sugar.

Kenari Alor does not yet have an organic certification, but our Kenari nuts come from wild, naturally grown trees in the forests of Alor, Kenari tree (Canarium indicum., L.) is indeed endemic to Alor islands (the regency of Alor has around 20 islands. These trees are not cultivated in plantations, nor are they exposed to synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Local farmers harvest the nuts using traditional, sustainable methods by picking up from the ground the falling kernels, ensuring minimal environmental impact. While we may not have a formal organic label yet, our Kenari nuts are as natural and pure as they come.

Every product is produced in small bathes regularly and we would say our products are quite fast moving and hence, the average age of the product shipped is 1 – 25 days old, depending on the availability of our stock

Yes we do with term & conditions, please contact us for discussion

We do small batches barrel roasting for Roasted Peanuts & Cashews, while for the Kenari Alor Nuts as they are soft &  fragile we do oven roasting to best keep the shape
