About Us
Inspired by the richness & the diversity of food ingredient resources in our region of Nusa Tenggara Timur province -southeastern part of Indonesia, we made a humble beginning to start our snack & palm sugar processing facility in Kupang city in 2013, aiming to bring out the best & the taste of Timor.
Many had been of our interest to explore until we decided to focus working with local nuts and palm sugar and lately with local seeds.
The thing one would notice when dealing gastronomically with Timor is that the food, the teste, tend to embrace the natural flavor of the raw materials without over seasoned nor overprocessed, and yet remain so very appetizing, and yes our kitchen is at this order! dedicated to prepare delicious local delicacy with simple process, simple seasoning, free from any food additives.
We operate on guided by the principals of healthy processing & local content optimization.
we are very keen on product innovation & development to stay relevant to our customers.
Thanks to our local farmers & weavers, suppliers, upstream & downstream partners for their heart, dedicated hard work and continuous support that have enable us to bring Timor closer to where you are.

Hello from Timor everyone,
Our business journey has brough me in touch with many local families, individuals, businesses & institutions that have placed us at where we are today, the chain of raw materials production, supplies, supporting system & regulators until the finish products marketing & distribution; the farmers, the small daily traders in traditional local markets, expedition companies, senior citizens which have been supporting us with lontar leave baskets for our packaging, local creative communities, academics, personals of associations & institutions, and our customers, anyone reading me here . Alone I knew we would not have made it this far.
